One of my favorite things about being a blogger is how supportive the community is of other bloggers. I started my first blog back in 2008. Since then, I have had the opportunity to meet, and work with some amazing people, many of which, I never would have met otherwise.
Last weekend, I had the opportunity to shoot photos with Rachel Dickinson (Rachel the Stylish Wanderer), a New York City fashion blogger, and student at FIT. I sort of met Rachel and a DKNY event here in New York, and have followed her on Instagram and Twitter for a while. Rachel has a very interesting story. She started her blog at a very young age, and has built up quite an impressive following. I was surprised, and flattered when Rachel sent me a message asking if I would be interested in shooting her photo. Of course I agreed!
So early Saturday morning, Rachel and I “wandered” around SoHo, and shot a few photos for her 1990s-inspired look. Below are a few of the photos we shot. Make sure to check out her blog post about the outfit for more information.
